Couple coaching is most effective preventatively, i.e. you treat yourself to an hour of coaching for your relationship every two months or so to keep your partnership exciting, intense and interesting.

Coaching for couples is also helpful when

  • your everyday life is dominated by arguments and conflicts
  • you are speechless and lack emotion (loneliness)
  • you feel restricted or controlled (jealousy)
  • you feel rejected or betrayed (cheating)
  • you are thinking about separation/divorce
  • sexuality and physical closeness hardly take place
  • external circumstances cause problems in your relationship, e.g. unemployment, illness, lack of time
  • cultural differences create tension between you
