Psychotherapy & Coaching

Finding solutions to your challenges together
With my therapeutic approach, I support you in developing solutions to crises, problems and negative thought patterns that arise from external circumstances or internal conflicts. Whether it is professional stress, anxiety, relationship problems or self-doubt - together we will work on what is bothering you.

There is an opportunity in every crisis

Crises often offer the opportunity to reorganise your life. I will help you to recognise the causes of your situation and show you how you can draw strength from it to make a new start.

Integrative psychotherapy for faster results

As a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, I enjoy therapeutic freedom*.

What does this mean?

Freedom and flexibility in the choice of methods brings faster results from our work together.

In order to achieve the greatest possible benefit for you, I use integrative psychotherapy, i.e. in addition to depth psychology-based psychotherapy, I work with individually adapted forms of therapy. You can find a list of my training programmes
here.

Psychotherapy and coaching can merge in terms of content, giving us the opportunity to combine relief and perspective in ONE process. In plain language this means: psychotherapy in combination with coaching enables the promotion of personal growth beyond the process of problem solving.

This is a great advantage for you compared to therapy that is covered by statutory health insurance.

Proven tools for a fulfilling life
My mission is to provide you with proven psychotherapeutic methods with which you can change your thought patterns and achieve long-term improvements in your life. The aim is to enable you to face challenges with new clarity and inner strength.

In coaching, we focus on developing concrete, actionable steps to realise your wishes and visions. Your strengths, resources and potential take centre stage. The aim is to remove blockages and find new paths that will lead you to greater success and satisfaction.

Sometimes deeper emotional issues or negative thought patterns stand in the way of professional or personal goals. This is where a combination of coaching and psychotherapy can be helpful. While coaching focuses on the future and practical solutions, psychotherapy helps you to recognise and work on obstructive patterns from the past. This combination enables a holistic approach that promotes both internal and external change.

  • *What does therapeutic freedom mean?

While psychotherapists are only allowed to use procedures recognised under social law (cognitive behavioural therapy, psychoanalysis, depth psychology-based psychotherapy), alternative practitioners for psychotherapy enjoy freedom of therapy and can therefore offer their patients a range of therapies tailored to their individual needs by using integrative psychotherapy.

This approach is also based on current psychotherapy research: studies show that it makes sense to remove certain interventions from various therapy methods in order to achieve the greatest possible benefit for the patient.
